This position requires an individual who is able to perform the requirements independently with a keen ability to utilize statistically rigorous methodology to perform marketing analyses based on ranging data variables from first and third party sources.
Successful candidate must be able to apply best practices in data preparation and data cleansing from source data, create predictive and descriptive derived concepts and be able to accurately articulate findings and actionable recommendations. In addition, you must be able to develop predictive response and time series models using accepted statistical procedures to accurately forecast marketing and yield performance.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
All aspects of marketing data analysis including:
• Increase marketing efficiencies through analytical insights and analysis. • Develop research design models for data collection, preparation and analysis. • Create product reports using data visualization tools. • Present findings and make recommendations on the effectiveness of campaigns. • Develop strategy for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for data extraction, list or lead generation.

The following are mandatory requirements for the position: • Eligible to work in the US for any employer without any restrictions. • 5-10 years’ experience in applying statistical procedures to market research or database marketing. • MBA in statistics or applied mathematics. • Proficient one or more of the following: SAS programming, SPSS, R or other statistical analysis tools. • Advanced knowledge of relational data structure and ability to query source data using various interfaces such as SQL Studio Management Studio or alternative business intelligence tool • Familiar with a variety of the statistical disciplines concepts, practices, and procedures • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to forge good working relationships with key stakeholders • Must be self-motivated, able to anticipate problems, spot opportunities and take a proactive approach to responsibilities. • Have a quantitative methodological approach to problem solving skill. • Be able to keep to a consistent schedule, work to meet deadlines and work under tight deadlines. • Be motivated to continue to learn new skills. • Be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
