The Capstone Division works specifically with faculty and administrators to design meaningful international study programs. Our programs focus primarily on cultivating adult students’ understanding of the global business environment and its impact on the professional environment they will enter upon graduating. The majority of our participants are engaged in a MBA, EMBA and undergraduate business programs.
Generate new accounts in the university educational travel industry primarily derived from outbound calls to prospects. Work with prospects/clients through phone, email, conferences, and campus visits to develop an international education program aligned properly with the goals and objectives of the program leader.
Work with Inside Sales Specialist team to develop itineraries and proposals upon request through prospecting and lead generation.
Work effectively with internal departments including Air, Visas, Operations, Pricing, Account Management, and Business Meeting Planning teams.
Maintain and update company database to reflect accurate account activities daily.
Provide weekly reporting to management detailing proposal building, pipeline development, and sales calling activities
Ability to extend time commitment during the peak fall and spring selling seasons or as needed for special sales projects
One to three years of inside sales experience preferred
Excellent telephone skills, organizational skills, computer skills, and a strong work ethic
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Strong understanding and demonstrated use of Microsoft Office, specifically EXCEL and Word
Ability to travel – will attend multiple conference and school visits throughout the year
