| We are looking for an outstanding Sales Support Specialist to join our Advertiser Sales team. The Sales Support Specialist will support the Senior National Sales Director in the procurement of new business development efforts and project managing overall deliverables associated with expanding our client relationships. We are looking for experience in client service, project management, strategic thinking and reporting processes. This person will play a key role in facilitating the delivery of proposals, compiling project timelines, and managing new business project timelines in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate will assist Sales to document and track project workflow specific to each Client’s requirements. This person must exhibit exceptional organizational, planning, research and Client-service skills. |
Assist in developing Client proposals by gathering necessary content and formatting into a presentation with visuals that support the selling story developed by the Senior National Sales Director.
Provide quality control support [second set of eyes] on presentations and proposals.
Maintain Client brand books, provided by Sr. Director, outlining Client needs, problems & goals, organizational structure, performance metric benchmarks, brand positioning.
Consolidate campaign performance results compiled from client deliverables sent to clients by the Account Management and Analytics teams for tracking against Client KPIs.
Schedule internal meetings associated with business and account needs such as client status meetings, strategy discussions, kick-off meetings, and other scheduled communications, as directed by Sr. Director.
Develop and distribute meeting recaps, outcomes & next steps are communicated in timely manner to internal account teams.
Consolidate & format business development information and proposals for delivery by the Sr. Director.
Assist Sales Director to prepare client meeting materials.
Maintain accurate status of opportunities within Salesforce, review analytical deliverable requests to confirm they properly reflect timing needs for clients; pull consolidated requests into single view for Sr. Sales Director to prioritize with Account Management and Analytics.
Develop draft IOs for approval by Sr. Sales Director, submit to Account Manager and Analyst team for internal confirmation and final client routing.
Research client NPGs and compile into research form as directed by Sr. Sales Director.
