Website Strategy, Planning, and Execution
•Leads the development and implementation of a website roadmap including strategic thought development, execution and optimization of VACU.org, •Owns the website and runs it like a business – delivering value for all visitors, with a focus on understanding how best to prioritize optimization opportunities that contribute to business growth and member engagement, with a focus on creating value added experiences for members, and ROI. •Manages website operations, site campaign strategy, and site development and delivery across desktop and mobile platforms. •Develops and manage goals associated with the website, and provides communications regarding business scorecard and analysis that tracks results. •Maintains and enhances the website (desktop and mobile) as a dynamic and critical tool for effective service and membership promotion, member communication, education and access. •Serves as subject matter expert to organize, plan, and schedule website content and campaigns in support of the Marketing Drive Plan, and additional enterprise and cross-department projects. •Writes copy and creates pages on vacu.org in support of campaigns and other initiatives while ensuring brand consistency. •Collaborates with marketing analytics team, IT and others to measure, analyze and optimize website performance, including the integration of a website testing strategy. •Seeks opportunities to create new digital offerings including tools, design changes, and content changes to increase member and non-member engagement that contributes to increased lead generation opportunities. •Partners closely with the Business Process Office, Project Management, and IT for the introduction and development of new VACU.org initiatives. •Manages relationships with internal and external key digital partners and participates in the selection and review process of new partnership opportunities. Guides implementation of appropriate services. Acts as the leader with those partners to ensure maximum effectiveness of the website, and delivers projects on scope, within budget, and on-time. •Collaborates with marketing team and others on various initiatives to ensure integration of web, search, email, and other channels. •Serves as primary point of contact to coordinate and/or execute messaging for service interruptions and other business continuity situations.
Cross Functional Team Participation
•Contributes to increased member satisfaction through marketing support of online, mobile and automated services initiatives (Online Banking, Mobile Banking, etc.) •Supports existing and new products and initiatives. Serves as a marketing subject matter expert on cross-functional project teams. •Champions marketing and member communications of new initiatives. •Manages planning and execution of online, mobile and automated services promotions.
•Develops and maintains an understanding of compliance requirements related to marketing. Ensures that marketing communications are in compliance with applicable standards (including ADA compliance), regulations, and requirements.
•Stays current on industry best practices regarding performance of digital marketing channels and trends, with particular focus on creating highly engaging experiences to enhance conversion opportunities for lead generation.
•Creates and maintains procedures related to areas of responsibility.
•Ensures that the digital marketing team adheres to departmental policies and procedures.
•Complies with all published enterprise level policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Risk Management policies.
•Completes all required, ongoing enterprise level training including, but not limited to BSA, OFAC, and Information Security.
•Reports all Risk Management Policy violations in accordance with policy.
•Other duties may be required and assigned by the supervisor.
