The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy to inform the creation of product and service lines and take them to market. S/he will conduct market research, asses target customer needs, and evaluate competition while aligning market and product line business cases with broader organizational strategies and brand positioning. The Marketing Manager will write creative briefs and engage with internal and external stakeholders to leverage resources and ensure campaigns are completed in alignment with strategic objectives.
Analyze marketing and sales results against the program expectations, making recommendations for future improvements
Manage PR/communication plans with internal and contracted professionals
Serve as team lead on highly collaborative cross-disciplinary teams and projects
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum of 6 years experience in Marketing
Minimum of 3 years of campaign and market management
Experience with strategic planning, communication, and execution
